Basic yoga postures (asanas) with proper alignment and modifications.
Fundamental breathing techniques (Pranayama).
Introduction to yogic lifestyle and ethics.
Relaxation techniques (Savasana)

Nutrition Wellness: Nutrition Fundamentals: 
Macronutrients (basic understanding of carbs, proteins, fats), 
micronutrients (introduction to key vitamins and minerals), 
hydration, energy balance 
(calories in vs. calories out at a foundational level).
